Hey guys . It's been a long time since I have been able to post anything on here. I haven't been able to post anything from my PC and Laptop since this new website was launched;I'm at a friends' right now.
Anyways, what I noticed lately about the #57 GT Pontiac is that it's been recking other people's car lately. The most recent were the last 2 rolex races. What do you guys think,. Racing incidents or over- aggression on the race track?.

Well, the Miller fracas wasn't their fault. As to this weekend, the SPEED announcers pointed out it was the last restart of the season, and things could get hinky....

You will be hard pressed to find better, more professional drivers than Robin and Andrew. No one wrecks another on purpose - you have to live to fight another day in this business. Pro drivers are competitive and run right up to the edge - some times a little over it. Maybe your laptop stopped working for a reason...

Yes, They've been aggressive all year, but actually they have had the best GT car all year, so maybe they were thinking that they were just taking there natural place, up front? But it all started at VIR when they pushed Banner's Pontiac out of the way for the win, and it just went that way all year long. Banner Racing had a rough year, and I was very glad to see them get the Miami win, but with my luck I didn't get to record the race, and it looks like Speed isn't going to replay it. But I would like to get that race taped. So whats going to happen with the Pontiacs? If GM thinks that the Camaro will be as strong, I seriously doubt it, Chevrolet is spread way to thin, Nascar takes up most of their racing budget! I hope the Pontiacs will survive in Grand Am, what a track record they have in Rolex Racing!!!

Hey this is for Matt Connolly, Man I've watched you race the GTO for the past 2 yrs. what are your plans for 2010, are you going with the Camaro to? I hope not, I think you can still run the Pontiac 3 yrs after or if they get yanked from competition, could you possible get the G6 GXPR for a couple of years? Why not the car is definitely capable of winning races!!! I've admired your running the GTO, and you were up fron some, so why not? Good luck Matt

There's a 64 Ford Falcon GT1 car running around. I don't see any reason not to rebody it as a 57 Chevy.

BPierce,
I am running the GTO again in 2010. Yes this car can win. In 2008 I had Diego Alessi all year and we were on the podium 3 times - twice with Ryan Phinny driving (we should have won both) and once with me. In 2009 we had very little driver consistency. That really hurts. It is the fastest Pratt & Miller GM powered car out there. We lack budget, but such is the reality of racing. The car just got back from the P&M factory so it has all the 2010 updates. Look for some serious speed! Thanks for your support, Sport.
